What to expect at an appointment
Due to my extensive range of training and experience, it is likely that I will be able to help you with almost anything that is causing you difficulty.
I am an accredited member of both BACP & BABCP and am bound by their code of ethics. This means, I provide a safe & confidential space for you to work on whatever you want to. Your GP or other healthcare professional does not need to know, unless you wish them to.
When you get in touch, we can arrange an assessment session, which will last up to 60 minutes. During this session, we will work together to find out what you would like to achieve and how we might go about reaching your goals.
Following the assessment session, there is no obligation to continue if you do not wish to. I have worked with clients for 2-3 sessions or up to 3 years, so am flexible with providing you with what you need. If, for any reason, I am not the best person to help you, we can discuss other options at your assessment.
Ongoing sessions are up to 60 minutes each; included in this will be time for you to arrange the dates and time for your next session.
All sessions take place in "The Cabin", a purpose built therapy space which is comfortable and confidential, with tranquil scenery.
